Julia is the founder & managing director of JACKY F. and she is slowly starting to go by the name Jacky.
Julia lived in Sri Lanka for a few years. It all started there when she mistook jackfruit for chicken in a small restaurant. From this discovery, she developed the idea for a social food startup that stands for more than just good food. Julia brought the first young organic jackfruit to Europe with JACKY F. in 2016!
In the meantime, Julia has made it with JACKY F. and her team, which has grown around her, from the first small restaurant to “The Lions’ Den”. And it’s still all about jackfruit!
